Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

What I can infer from your complaint is that you are having repeated lumbar strain. This usually occurs when the muscles in the spine are strained due to improper posture or activities.

It can also occur if the nerve roots in your lower back are pinched, the best treatment would be to continue physiotherapy.

If the frequency increases then ask for an MRI scan of your spine, so that the exact diagnosis would be confirmed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Santosh S Jeevannavar
