What Causes Muscle Spasms In The Hips On The Left Side?

have for about2 weeks having real bad spasms in my left hip and it goes all the way down to my ankle, also in ,my back. I had back surgery the 22 of JAN. I USE TO HAVE A FEW SPASMS IN MY RIGHT SIDE BUT THE SURGERY TOOK CARE OF THAT, I HAD 2 FUSES IN MY BACK I HAVE BEEN TAKING GABAPENTIN 100 MG, 3 AT 3 TIMES A DAY --NO HELP-- CAN YOU TELL ME SOMETHING THAT IS THE BEST AND STILL A GENERAC

It seems to be a spinal problem with nerve pinching again you can raise the dose of Gabapentin/try physiotherapy or physical therapy to aid your pain with consultation of your treating expert/physio or physical therapist. If it does not help, surgery would be the answer.
