General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Do you experience any pain like this before? Are you taking any medications? My suggestions are you can take T.Hifenac D BD for three days twice daily after food along with T.Pantoprazole take this tablet half hour before food. If you still have unbearable pain, I advise you to consult orthopedics and it will still better if you take an ECG and refer a physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Indhu Priyadharshini
