What Causes Muscle Stiffness And Pain In Left Arm?
My left arm is aching and my grip is not as strong on that side. My muscle tightens and the pain flares up. Sometimes it also happens on the right arm, but not as much as the left. Could this be heart related or did I just pull a muscle when I moved a heavy ladder?

You have not mentioned your age and gender this was very much needed here to give right advise, if this is left side pain with some discomfort then this need to be investigated and the best option would be EKG, this would rule out the heart disease, take care.
