MY HANDS AND ARMS ARE SHAKEY ALWAYS, AND I GET MUSCLE TWITCHES DIFFERENT AREAS OF MY FACE. I AM YAWN ALOT. TIRED. I TAKE MEDS FOR MOOD SWINGS AND WELBRUTIN. I HAVE BBEN IN METAPAUSE FOR 4 YEARS. ONLY HAVE HOT FLASHES WHEN I WAKE. IM CONCERNED MOSTLY WITH THE SHAKING OF ARMS. SOMETIMES I NEED BOTH HANDS TO HOLD A MIRROR. IM 52 YRS OLD.

I really appreciate your concern, essential tremor is very common symptom in some functional condition, this can be control if you would control your thoughts else this can be managed with "Tab Propranolo 10 mg once in day, but in my advise try to come out of the stress condition, hope this information helps, take care.
