What Causes Muscle Twitching And Cramps In The Legs Radiating Towards Face?
My muscles have been twitching for 2 weeks now (popcorn feeling ) and a little cramping. No certain area. It goes from legs to arms to face. Never at the same time .. My upper arms and shoulders feel heavy and so does my jaw. Sometimes I feel like I have to force my self to talk. It doesn t come out easy.
