What Causes Muscle Weakness Along With Blurred Vision?

I have weak muscles and can t get around without a cane…I have noticed confusion some blurred eye problems. Unsteadiness always holding on to something… back is very weak. I have cut to 15 mg of mirtazipine How can I get completely off it. I m not depressed

Hi,

The neurological symptoms you mention need a good evaluation by a doctor. A good physical examination and maybe an MRI or CT scan will be needed to rule out brain lesions or hemorrhage or other problems as the cause of the weakness, vision changes and unsteadiness.

As for mirtazapine, you will need to discuss with your doctor if you should cut off it, generally, it is best to do small dose changes every 3-4 weeks till you are completely off it.
