What Causes Muscle Weakness, Fatigue, Constipation And Loss Of Appetite?

I am a 24-year-old male. I ve been feeling weak in my joints and hands, fatigued, constipation that led to diharria, and a slight loss of appetite. A few days ago I noticed that the skin on my big toe was green and feeling numb. It quickly went away and went back to normal. Also I ve been feeling cold in my hands and feet lately. Is this something that I should be concerned about? Thanks.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of muscle weakness, fatigue, constipation and loss of appetite. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like food poisoning , food intolerance , allergic reaction and due to certain systemic problems. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to avoid food like nuts and seafood , try taking a magnesium supplement before bed with a quart of water. You should take diet rich in fibres and some probiotics food. If condition doesn't get better then consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order ultrasound, stool test along with taking history . Doctor may prescribe laxative . omeprazole , along with gastric lavage in severe case.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
