What Causes Muscles Spasms In Legs And Hands Post Abortion?

I had an abortion 5 days ago. Im experiencing odd muscle spasms in legs and hand cramps also today i started throwin up my food after i took pepto due to severe stomach cramping today. Ive been constipated. I also have mucus in my throat. Dry nose and throat troubles breathing. With no prior alergies until now. What should i do? I went to the doctor three days ago they said no signs of infection. Of all of these symtoms happened yesterday. And are continuing.

Hello,

* The leg cramps, nausea, constipation after an abortion is most likely in concern with

- effects of hormone products given commonly after abortion to clear the residual debris in the womb

- undesirable action of analgesic as tramadol hydrochloride or else over the stomach causing gastritis and acid reflux with nausea

- even simple antispasmodic as dicyclomine can also cause muscle cramps and tremors as its anticholinergic effects.
