What Causes Musculoskeletal Chest Pain After Upper Body Exercise?

Well on monday, i worked put using 4 lb weights for upper body. I also cleaned in a confined, poorly ventillated bathroom, with chorox spray bleach. Fr the last two days I have had weird musculoskeletal chest pain vrs chest wall pain and Im fearful I may be overlooking symptoms of a heart attack. I am 55 y/ o female. 5 2 , do not smoke, enjoy wine, am on high blood pressure meds. Otherwise feel great. Just concerned.

Hi I can understand your concern.

You had put for lb pain on you so here by weight lifting you might have musculoskeletal pain.....

Rest is needed.
For pain relief simple analgesic can taken...
Muscular strain will take few days to heal.
Hot compression can be useful....

Whenever exercising weight lifting, gradually increased your weight load.
Sudden heavy weight lift not done as you have increased age....

Cardio respi exercise like running regularly done as you are hypertensive....

If still pain constricting and reffered to arm ECG or Eco done.....
