What Causes My Taste To Change?

I having problem with my taste buds I want to know what causes my taste to change. My mouth is sometimes dry, salty taste real salty and sometimes sweet are real sweet. My tongue looks redder than normal at times. Should see my P.C. doctor?

yes.u need to see an ent surgeon to evaluate your taste pathway and any systemic disease like anaemia,diabetes or any oral lesions.
