What Causes My Whole Head To Pain ?
hi, i am 25 yrs old ( male) i have eyes number = 1 sylendrical. from last week my complete head pains......plz let me know what this problem must be, i cant sleep dont feel relax.....pls help me. sagar

you again go for a thorough eye check up and get corrected with appropriate power lens.
this head ache will be due to exertion of eyes.
for the time being to relax the eyes you can use ITONE drops

You are probably suffering from tension headache which may explain the decrease in sleep. You may practice meditation and yoga and also have fresh fruits and vegetables and exercise well which help in increasing your vitality, keep you fit and fine.

Dear Sagar,thanks for query.The reason for headache could be stress,anxiety ,sinus problem etc.Apart from eyes this are possible reasons.Please take analgesic like paracetamol for pain,you can take up to three tablets in a day.Relax a bit and take light diet.In most of the case this will take care of this.Still if you have problem,please talk to your doctor.bye.
