Hi,

As per your history, your son is suffering from a fungal infection which has affected nails. However, to prescribe medication needs further history about him any other disease, clinical examination and if he has any other problem in any other places like hairs, toes etc. Either send feedback or take her to the emergency room. He may need antifungal medication for some time like Flucanozole. No need to worry take him there.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
