What Causes Nasal Bleeding And Dizziness Post A Head Injury?

I fell 4 days ago and hit my head on the tub,. since then i have been felling dizzy of a night and thru the day. Also my blood pressure has been out of crontrol. also i have had no energy, i feel like my blood is low. this morn. I blowed a lot of blood out of my nose. Does this mean I have a brain bleed?
