The most common cause nasal bleed in adults is hypertension especially in busy man like your husband.So please check his blood pressure and if its on a higher side consult a physician. Ask for a recent history of fall or blunt trauma to face which may cause nasal bleed later. Since he had blurring of vision and head ache,the other causes must be ruled out.
