What Causes Nasal Bleeding, Headache And Blurred Vision?
My husband had a nosebleed last night out of his right nostril only. He also told me that he had a bad headache over his right eye and his right eye had blurred vision. I'm really worried about him but he will not go to the doctor because he is to busy with work. Is this something that could be serious?
Hi, Thanks for choosing HCM. I have gone through your question and I suggest its always better to consult a doctor to make a proper diagnosis. The most common cause nasal bleed in adults is hypertension especially in busy man like your husband. So please check his blood pressure and if its on a higher side consult a physician. Ask for a recent history of fall or blunt trauma to face which may cause nasal bleed later. Since he had blurring of vision and head ache, the other causes must be ruled out. I suggest to consult a general physician and some detailed workup may be needed.Early diagnosis and treatment is always better to prevent unwanted complication. Hope I have addressed your query. Thank you.
