my fiance has had a bloody nose off and on for 5 days now. He also has a dry cough and was complaining that his throat felt very tight in the heat. He has also been a little more tired than normal. This all started when he started taking high blood pressure medicine. What could it be?

As you explain the situation I don't think these are.side effects of his current medications
Probably he has a viral situation and usual it may lasts up to one week. Wait for such period and in my opinion it will get better soon
