What Causes Nasal Blockage With Blood In Phlegm?

iam not coughing i have a stuffy nose and a little cold when i blow my nose a fresh blood is coming out not dripping outside my nose just when i blow it but iis afresh blood and when ispit it and sniff it out from my nose and going to my throat and spit it out some blood streak in my saliva. it started a stuffy nose in my right nostrills and now it is in my both nostrills i could not really say bleeding because blood is only coming out when i blow my nose . what to do?

hello..
are you on any medication?addictions(cocaine)?
when you have such a bleed just pinch the nose between your thumb and index finger so that the bleed stops in some time..
for a definitive treatment you need to be evaluated for coagulation disorders,any abnormality in nose(spur/dns/sinusitis), infections etc
there are multiple causes for bleeding from nose
sepal spur
trauma
foreign body in nose
drying of nostril etc
people moving around in less humid conditions tend to have this problem..if that is the case avoid such situations..
