What Causes Nasal Congestion Along With Chronic Rhinosinusitis?
Hi there Dr used to travel extensively in Africa and would obviously be flat with the flying an air conditioning he would come back with nasal congestion he is suddenly gone really totally deaf he is seeing somebody who says he has chronic rhinosinusitis with mild mucosal disease seen in the S model air cells I wonder if that would be right for him losing his hearing or if you think there will be something else he s had a course of flux unease but that doesn t seem to have helped and I will love you or opinion and I will pass it on to my brother and they re getting to get back to you thank you for your help

He may be suffering from acute viral rhinitis with pharyngitis. Middle ear infection may be causative for parial loss of hearing. Other possibilities like flying induced trauma etcetera.
Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid cool drinks, freeze water, smoking.
Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. If symptoms do not improve, please consult your doctor who will examine and treat you accordingly.
