What Causes Nasal Congestion And Blood While Blowing The Nose?

Sometimes when I wake up in the morning, my nose is clogged up, and I blow my nose, hard blood is noted on the tissue I used. Strange thing is, that this happened only when I am in my home in California (Southern). I just spent 30 days in Figi, and I never had this problem while there. Any reason as to why this happens? Would appreciate a response to this question. Thanks for hearing me out.

hello,thanks for your query, nasal congestion with blood could be due to allergic rhinitis, atrophic rhinitis, foreign body or some granulomatous disorders like tuberculosis, rhinospordiosis. kindly evaluate with blood tests and ent consultation for definative diagnosis and proper treatment. mean time ,you can start saline drops to loosen d crusts and stop bleeding.hope i have answered your query. all the best. take care.
