What Causes Nasal Congestion And Ear Pain?
My 26 yr old daughter is 2 & 1/2 months pregnant, constantly spitting, nose stuffy, ears hurt...she says she has trouble hearing symptoms going on 2 weeks now , always hot (feverish) and hands shake all the time. Are these pregnancy symptoms or should be alarmed?

I understand your concern.
Spitting, nose stuffy, ear hurting as suggestive of upper respiratory tract infection most probably due to virus. It could have been complicated with otitis (infection of the ear). I highly recommend to get her a good physical examination and ENT check up to rule out source of infection.
If nothing organic is found, then we can determine it's from pregnancy.
Don't get alarmed; just send her see an ENT specialist.
