Fever is quite common complaint in pregnancy.but the problem is she cant take usual medications.there are some antibiotics like sporidex which can be given during pregnancy which is effective in treating fever.but for cold symptoms medications should be avoided,and home remedies like vicks vapouriser are suggested.for headache and pain crocin is safe.but to decide the dose we need to know her age,weight,and also any history of allergy to any medication etc.so it is better you take her to your gyn dr who can suggest medications that are safe in pregnancy. also she requires rest and band diet,fruit juices,buttermilk to prevent dehydration.she has to continue her regular supplement medications.
