As per your complain in case you are not getting relieved with a course of Amoxicillin you should consult with an Otolaryngologist or your treating physician and get evaluated.. He can also advise a PNS VIEW or MRI of sinuses.. He can give another course of antibiotics like Azithromycin, Augmentin, Levofloxacin etc. You also need to take anti-allergics like Levocetrizine, decongestant like Phenylephrine or Pseudoephadrine, mucolytics like Bromohexine, anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen.. Do steam inhalation.. Saline nasal irrigation will help in loosening the mucous and easy draining.. You can also take decongestant nasal spray like Xylometazoline and steroid nasal spray.. Avoid chilled foods and air conditioned atmosphere.. On case if you have stomach pain or can be due to side effects of medicines and you can take Pantoprazole empty stomach in morning till you are taking antibiotics and take more of Probiotics in diet..
