What Causes Nausea, Abdominal Cramps And Ovarian Pain?

I am having abdominal pain that is sometimes severe cramps. When I go to the bathroom for relief, it s mucous with specs in it. Had regular bowel movements when this first started. First that it was my ovaries since the pain was mainly on the sides where they are. Sometimes I feel nausea, but that can be from not eating much. Also bloated.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Ovarian pain, abdominal cramps, nausea, bloating stomach etc are commonly seen with hormonal imbalance.
So better to consult gynecologist and get done hormone levels.
You may need hormonal pills time regulate your hormone levels.
Once your hormones are normalize, you will be free from symptoms.
Also avoid hot and spicy food, avoid junk food and take pantoprazole and levosulperide combination for bloating and nausea.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
