Hello, For the last several years I have had bloating and nausea, this also comes with (lower) abdominal noises and vibration/bubble sensations that usually start before I got to sleep which in turn keeps me up at. I have always been skinny and slightly underweight but can never but on weight no matter how much I eat, sometimes I feel like I can eat 10 McDonald (that I don t recommend) and some how loose weight, I understand some of this comes down to matablism and genes but I feel this is unatural and connected to my gut issue

gastritis is commest cause which doesnot allow the persons comfortable.
don't worry ,I would like to suggest you some tips , like sleeping in late hours in night should be avoidable don't take any spicy and junk food in dinner
mental stress is another cause for this try to reduce this also
plz take food in small quantities but frequently
drink plenty of water ,have a free motion daily ..
you can use PPI like pan 40 regularly for 15 days along with unizyme for 10days ..ok don't worry it will subside ..
