What Causes Nausea, Abdominal Pain And Constipation With History Of Diverticulitis?
45 year old male new onset seizures on Keppra and trileptol. Can t stay awake no energy nausea lower left side abdominal pain is severe cannot have a bowel movement but twice in 10 days. On colace has had myrilax and dulcolax as well as enemas. Could he have a blockage in his intestines. Also has a history of diverticulitis?

The nausea, abdomen pain with constipation of much severity are most likely related to holding of intestinal contents into diverticular pouch giving secondary manifestations. A diagnostic colonoscopy is a must at this instance for best possible evaluation and curative approach.
