What Causes Nausea, Abdominal Pain And Orange Urine?
Hi. Ok so here s what s going on. Last Friday the 26th of june I was drinking. I drank quite a bit but not an excessive amount. The next morning I work up nauseous. Thought ok hang over. But now it has been more than a week. I have pain in my low stomach, my urine is orange and I randomly feel nauseous, especially when I try to smoke. My appetite has decreased to about a third of what it usually is, and I ve lost almost 10 pounds. I know I need to go to the doctor. I intend to go Monday. But I m hoping you can give me an idea of what is wrong.

The description you have give sounds that you have caught up with stones in the kidneys.
Also it might have tried passing out and hence it has damaged the mucosa of urinary tract.
All you need to do is get a scan done and take Urologist opinion in this regard.
