What Causes Nausea After A Head Injury?

Yesterday my head hit in the bus pole. I hurt slowly pain went out and still little bit paining when I touch there. It was happened yesterday evening. Now I feel like slight vomit. But not yet vomited. Still I did not eat in the morning and last night also I did not take good food. Should I be worry?

it may be because of the impact of your injury, you should be concern if following symptoms occurs.
Frequent vomiting.
Drastic changes in behavior, such as anger or confusion.
Pupils that are bigger than normal (dilated) or different sizes.
Trouble walking or speaking.
Problems breathing.
Drainage of bloody or clear fluids from the ears or nose.
