What Causes Nausea After Eating?

I am a male, 19, 6 . Probably 4-6 months ago I started getting where i would be hungry and the moment I would see/eat food I would feel nauseous and only be able to eat a little bit of what I had gotten. I have never vomited after eating or anything I just don t know why I feel this way. I m not sure if this would have anything at all to do with anything going on but I recently lost probably 80 pounds in about 9 months

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query in Healthcare Magic

Nausea or vomiting on ingestion of food can be due to some gastric problems like H.Pylori, GERD. But it would usually be accompanied by symptoms like heart burn, regurgitation, weight loss. I would suggest you to get an endoscopy done and to consult with a Gastro specialist soon enough.
Kindly revert back for any further queries.

Thank you
