General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Nausea is a common symptom of anxiety or panic attacks. It is a response to stress, avoid anything that causes you to stress or with what you are uncomfortable with.

Maintain a healthy balanced diet, limit alcohol & caffeine.

Take adequate sleep, do regular breathing exercises, avoid intense or heavy physical exercises, avoid fried, greasy food.

Stay well hydrated, eat smaller meals. You can take the help of a Counselor or physiotherapist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
