What Causes Nausea After Suffering Injury On Nose?

My brother hit me in my nose with his arm and it hurts and I feel nauseous but my head does not hurt and I did not bleed and my nose looks the same and I have no bruising,so should i worry a lot or not really? And also I can breath fine but I m a little scared and I won t calm down if I don t hear from a doctor to answer my question

Following injury to nose or broken nose if you find the below alarming symptoms, then immediate medical attention is needed.
1. Bleeding or draining of clear fluid from one or both nostrils.
2. Loss of consciousness or dizziness
3. Severe headaches.
4. Repeat nausea or vomiting
5.change in vision
6. Neck pain.

For you there is no such symptoms except for nausea. I advice you to consult a ENT specialist for detailed examination & a Xray nose & PNS to rule out fracture if any.
