What Causes Nausea After Taking Ibuprofen And Tramadol?

starting at noon yesterday I began to have a very bad h/a with nausea. I took my bp and it was good. I ate a few bites of breakfast from my job and that was it. I have taken ibuprofen and tramadol , but it doesn t take the h/a away. ive had a little diarrhea and have not ate much. please help me...

Tramadol is centrally acting painkiller. This can cause nausea and vomiting.
Ibuprofen is known to cause gastritis and diarrhoea.
So your nausea and diarrhoea are mostly due to side effects of tramadol and ibuprofen.
