What Causes Nausea After Taking Nitrofur?

I am on day three of the seven-day prescription of Nitrofur for UTI. It is giving me a severe queasy stomach almost nauseous. And today I noticed across my cheeks and upper eyelids feel like they are sunburned and red. I ve not been in the sun to get burned. Am I allergic to t his medication?

I'dont think think this is allergic reaction but this may be side effects of medicine and if there is severe difficulties,you should discontinue this and switch to another antibiotic.
