Hi, I understand your concerns, it seems you had severe case of conjunctivitis. Its good to hear that your pain is gone, however total recovery may take a bit longer. I would recommend that you complete the entire dosage of antibiotics prescribed to you as stopping it in the middle can result in infection not being cleared completely and high chances of relapse of infection as well as complications. Now, regarding nausea, antibiotics can cause stomach upset including nausea as a side effect. I would recommend eating yogurt or taking probiotic tablets. You can also take Domperidone.
