Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, these are usual withdrawal symptoms and if persist you may need to start in a low dose in intervals if the symptoms persist beyond one week. Any interference with GABA or dopamineneurotransmitter may lead to these symptoms however pharmacological management by a neuropsychiatrist isn't needed at this moment.
OTC antiemetic like Domperidone can be used which is associated with lesser Extrapyramidal side effects than other anti emetics. Keep hydration good and take small but frequent soft diets.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
