What Causes Nausea Along With Abdominal Pain And Light Pink And Brown Vaginal Discharge?

I ve been nauseous for weeks now, at random times throughout the day. It s been very hard to eat because after everything I eat I get a stomach ache. I ve had a lot of discharge and sometimes it s brown, greenish, or light pink. My pee is orangish yellow and cloudy. I m constipated a lot, I can t use the bathroom normally. It occasionally hurts to use the bathroom. I have sharp pains on my lower right side when I put pressure on it. When there is no pressure on it, it feels like there is something pushing an organ against my ribs. I m still a virgin so I know I m not pregnant.

I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Abdominal pain with nausea and discomfort can be due to urinary tract infection with or without vaginal infection associated with it. Undergo ultrasound abdomen and pelvis along with complete urine examination and urine culture/sensitivity for better diagnosis and treatment.
