What Causes Nausea Along With Appetite Loss And Fatigue?
I am a 38 year old male with nausea, pain in stomach, lethargic, no appetite and have weakness, Has been occurring for over a week. I currently take Paxil and have been on it for over 2 years. I am a smoker, have been for many years. I am unable to get in the doctor to see him at this time.

Hi,
Your symptoms are suggestive if you have some peptic ulcers disease. This may be responsible for the pain and the vomiting as well. I would suggest you should use some antacids like Omperazol once for 28 days.
If it didn't work then you should see a gastroenterologist for further work up. But I hope you would be fine with this.
