What Causes Nausea Along With Dizziness And Headache?

For 2 weeks now I have symptoms of Nausea, Light headedness, on one occasion dizzyness, chills, getting hot, headache, feeling weak. I had been eating a product which was recalled called Sabra - Homus but stopped eating it 4 days ago. I had the Flu shot 4 days before I had symptoms. Since about 5 days ago I started to only eat foods which are easy to digest ie: ginger, garlic, chicken soup, nuts, crackers, honey, lemon, apples, just started to eat oranges. Do you have any idea what the diagnosis would be or recommendations. And what I should be doing

I suggest you to undergo a thyroid examination and advise thyroid profile investigation to rule out thyroid malfunction, symptoms are suggestive of hyperthyroidism.
