What Causes Nausea Along With Dizziness And Pressure In The Right Ear?

I swim 2 hours daily in a public pool. In the last two weeks my symptoms have increased. They include: nausea, dizziness, pressure in the right ear, and hearing affected in the right ear. I have tried over the counter drops, several in fact. This doesn t seem to be helping at all.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM

Your symptoms are suggestive of infection of middle ear/otitis media.
Otitis media require treatment with oral antibiotics.
Please be advised to follow up with an ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment with antibiotics. Meanwhile, you can use Tylenol for pain.

Hope this answers your question
Please address further concerns here
