What Causes Nausea Along With Fatigue And Low Grade Fever?
I have been having the following symptoms that keep coming back. nausea low grade temp headache fatigue Have a history of high blood pressure and kidney infections. Was born with horse shoe kidney. Do you feel that my symptoms sound kidney related? Have a Dr. s appointment tomorrow. Thanks, Cheryl

Though kidney disease, particularly infection can cause the symptoms mentioned, there would normally be urinary symptoms as well eg change in urine frequency or odor, blood in the urine, pain in the kidney area etc
High blood pressure would also not cause these symptoms.
There may be an underlying infection present, you should be assessed by physical examination.
Blood tests may also be needed as well
