What Causes Nausea Along With Headache And Dizziness?
Hi 21 year old son came home from college feeling “off” immediately check him for diabetes as younger brother is type one. He’s good there. Blood sugar 92. Praise the lord. He is 5’11” 150 ish pounds. Athletic. Healthy eater, not typical college diet more fruit and veggies than pizza. Symptoms: Naseaous No fever Normal stool Light headed/dizzy Upset stomach Clumsy with numbness in hands Foggy/forgetful This isn’t a flu, he’s not that kind of sick. He’s just is off. Any suggestions? Thanks

I think he is experiencing a gastroenteritis that is a viral infection of gastrointestinal system.
He doesn't need special treatment only to keep hydrated. Also you can take any over the counter drug to stop nausea.
