What Causes Nausea Along With Headaches And Tiredness?

I am a 52 yo female. On thyroxin . I Nausea, chills, hunger, headaches, very tired has been going on for a week, just like morning sickness. Any suggestions have had Giardia years ago feels similar. Any suggestions, otherwise perfectly well and haven t been sick for ages, nothing major for last few years.

You are taking levothyroxine for hypothyroidism.....

Here your dose has to be adjusted according to TSH level...

You have not mentioned your TSH value....

Sometime nausea, fever , headache can be as side effect of this drug for which doctor consultation should done...

If you have abdominal discomfort and diarrhea than investigate for giardia by stool examination as you have history of that

Advise: physician consultation for examination...
