Hi,

Nausea and headaches can be caused by a variety of factors, including hormonal changes, stress, dehydration, and certain medical conditions. In your case, the symptoms you are experiencing may be related to hormonal changes associated with your menstrual cycle. The fluctuation of hormones during your cycle can cause a variety of symptoms, including nausea, headaches, and cramping.

It is also possible that these symptoms could be related to pregnancy, as nausea and vomiting are common early signs of pregnancy. However, it is important to note that these symptoms can also be caused by other factors, such as stress or a stomach virus.

If these symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to see a healthcare provider for an evaluation. They can perform a physical exam and order any necessary tests to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and recommend the appropriate treatment. If you are trying to conceive, they can also guide how to optimize your chances of becoming pregnant.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

Nausea and mild headaches after the menstrual cycle may be due to a variety of factors, including hormonal changes, stress, or other underlying medical conditions. The symptoms you described, such as stomach cramps, lower back pains, and feeling like your feet are heavy or you are standing too long, could also be related to menstrual cycle-related changes in hormone levels.

The vomiting and yellowish mucus-like slobber you described could be related to gastrointestinal issues, such as acid reflux or a stomach virus. It is important to stay hydrated and avoid foods that may trigger nausea or vomiting.

If the symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management. They may recommend additional testing or treatment to address your symptoms and ensure that no underlying medical conditions are contributing to your symptoms. If you are trying to conceive, your healthcare provider may also guide you on optimizing your fertility and ensuring a healthy pregnancy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
