What Causes Nausea Along With Vaginal Spotting And Bloody Urination?
I should of started my menstrual cycle in January. Never started it . I started have nausea vomiting weird food craving etc. Took a pregnancy test was negative. I start spotting a week ago . Bleeding has gotten worse no menstrual cramps the nausea n stuff is fine. When I urinate looks like I m urinating blood . Pain in back n mid stomach. Blood clots when wipe only

Get urine test and ultrasound abdomen done to rule out urinary infection or stone. If all tests are negative then please visit a gynecologist as soon as possible for complete evaluation.
