What Causes Nausea Along With Vomiting And Fatigue?

Am Type 2 diabetic. Experiencing nausea, morning vomiting and heaving (bile) extreme weakness all day pretty much every day. No appetite. Cannot keep any food down. Wake up heaving. Drs have ruled out ulcers and kidney stones by CT and X-rays, ultra sound. Waiting for results of biopsy of kidney.

Sorry to year what you are going through
Nausea, vomitng and fatigue in a type 2 diabetic could be causes by many medical conditions.These possible causes may or may not be related to your history of diabetes.Possible causes may include:
-Poorly controlled diabetes
-Diabetic complication like ketoacidosis though most frequent in type 1 daibetes.
-Systemic infection
-ionic imbalances
-Diabetic neuropathy which may cause gastroparesis and thus explain such symptoms
-Side effect of some medications like metfomine which is widely known to cause nausea
-And others
I will suggest you see your Endocrinologist for evaluation.A more recent diabetic follow-up work-ups may be requested.Tests that may help include: full blood count, serum electrolytes, kidney function test, ECG, glood sugar control, urine dipstick, typhoid test, malaria test, ESR.If these do not show any cause, other tests like the kidney biopsy may be recommended if your Doctor feels it may help identify cause.
You may need hospitalization for better management.IV anti-emetics may help control nausea and vomiting.
