What Causes Nausea And Bloating Of Stomach While On Dicloflex?

I am taking Dicloflex 50mg for 4 days, I am bloated and my stomach is swelling, my trousers are tight and I have had to undo the buttons, also experiencing sickness and headaches, is this normal ? I have to take these tablets for another 2 wks !, should i stop them or go back to doctor?

Hello,

You may be suffering from Diclofenac induced acute Gastritis. Diclofenac can cause urine retention, abdominal pain and stomach ulcers formation et cetera.

Avoid taking above tablet, use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. You can use mild Tramadol + Paracetamol for pain.

If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
