What Causes Nausea And Burping In A Child After Breastfeeding

Hi sir, i am a breastfeeding mom and my lil princess is just 6 and half week old. The problem is every time i feed her she starts burping and seems irritated by it a lot. I feel like she feels nauseatic and wants to spit out the milk. please help me. I am so worried

Welcome to HCM,

Vomiting after feeds is a common problem faced by nursing mothers. You don have to worry much about this.
After each feed proper and adequate burping at your baby's back is important. While burping her take care that you do not compress her abdomen.
Even after adequate burping if she vomits and the vomitus is curdy white you don have to worry. The main thing which you should keep an eye is her hydration status, which is evident by her adequate urination.

This vomiting will settle as she grows,no medication is as such required for now.
