What Causes Nausea And Chest Pain?

am 29 yrs old guy. I get vomiting tendency in the morning regularly but no vomiting at all. Sometimes I also get sever chest pain which keeps wandering around the lower and middle chest area.this pain is always after few hours of having food. Most of the times this pain has occurred at the night. During such pains I also feel like a lump in my throat. Lying down or sitting does not help. However standing helps.

Nausea with chest pain after eating food,lump in throat may be due to gastroesophageal disease with gastritis( peptic /duodenal ulcer) with or without H.pylori infection.
You need to visit gastroenterologist for further management .

If I were your treating doctor,I would recommend,
-Investigations like upper GI endoscopy and x ray oesophagus with barium meal.It will help in confirmation of diagnosis and assessing the severity.surgical option can be considered.
-PPIs like omeprazole once a day for atleast a month for acid reflux.Antibiotics need to be added like clarithromycin and metronidazole if H.pylori infection found.
-Avoid excaberating factors like alcohol,caffeine,hot,spicy food,NSAIDs,aspirin.
-Have a gap of atleast 3 hours after last meal before going to bed.Sleep with head elevation .
-Avoid stress.
