What Causes Nausea And Chronic Migraine With Pain Around The Head And Neck?

I am suffering with chronic migraine and now the pain is passing behind my ears through the neck and overall head and with continuous vomiting I am using naproxen,excredin,Nothing is helping.I want to become pregnant too.Wat can help me.these vomitings will not stop.they r forcilbly coming out.

migraine may be route cause. take migrainil one tablet to start with and increase upto 6tablet till free from all symptoms.
