What Causes Nausea And Diarrhea Along With Fever?

I am experiencing nausea and diarrhea with a slight fever, 99.7. This came on very suddenly. The last time I ate at a restaurant was Tuesday. This started around 4pm Wednesday. Stomach is empty, nothing coming out but bile. Bowel movements still have color but very watery.

It seems to me you are suffering with food poisoning.
As stools are watery frequency is more associated with nausea and vomiting.
No feverish as the temperature during night time raises little. This is physiological and no need to worry.
You must take plenty of fluids with ORS so that your body rehydrate upto optimal level.
