Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I am sorry for the health problems you are going through since 3 days now. Vomiting and diarrhea are possible due to acute gastroenteritis, most probably a virus. However, you are having joint pain and stiffness, still related to virus. Fullness to your right ear could be due to possible infection or blocked Eustachian tube on right side. For the moment, most important to stop diarrhea and vomiting, If still vomit, should go to ER to take intravenous therapy. If no more vomit, should take:

- tasectan or pepto bismol to stop diarrhea
- oral rehydration salt to replace the lost fluids
- antalgesic like paracetamol for the joint pain
- probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora

Should get your ear checked by your physician to rule out infection. Valsave maneuver can help get eustachian tube unblocked. This time, this question is free of charge.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
